Your life is always
communicating with you.
The question is whether you can hear it.
Astora helps you develop greater awareness of your body, mind and inner experience so you can better understand what supports your wellbeing—and participate more consciously in how you live.
Maybe life doesn't need another solution.
Maybe it needs your attention.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, out of rhythm, physically uncomfortable, mentally exhausted, stuck, or simply aware that life could feel better than it does right now.
You don't have to know what's wrong to begin noticing what's true.
Wellbeing isn't something done to you.
Teachers can guide you. Research can inform you. Healthcare professionals can support and treat you. Practices and traditions can offer knowledge and perspective.
But no one else can have your experience for you.
Awareness precedes agency.
The more clearly you can perceive your experience, the more consciously you can participate in your wellbeing.
A practice for knowing yourself.
The Astora Practice uses simple, repeated practices to create enough space for you to notice your own experience more clearly.
Sankalpa
Set conscious intention.
Yoga Asana
Move with awareness and notice the body as it is today.
Meditation
Settle and observe the mind.
Reflection
Listen more deeply to what your experience is revealing.
Integration
Carry the awareness of practice into the rest of your day.
We practice asana to develop awareness, not to perfect the pose.
The goal isn't to perfect the practice. It's to notice what the practice helps you discover.

The Astora Practice
An ongoing membership for developing awareness, agency and greater coherence in everyday life.
The Astora Practice is anchored by live Saturday practices at 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific — yoga and 20-minute meditation with guided reflection — and supported throughout the week by the replay library and member community.
Weekly Practice
Live Saturday Yoga Asana, meditation and reflection.
Practice Library
Return to recordings and supporting practices throughout the week.
Community
Connect with others engaged in their own practice and discovery.
Questions & Teaching
Bring forward what you're discovering. Community questions help shape ongoing teachings, conversations and educational resources.

Begin with 90 days of practice.
Your first 90 days provide a simple structure for learning to notice yourself more clearly. It isn't a challenge to complete or an outcome to achieve.
The Astora Practice Journal
A 90-day guided practice journal focused on awareness, acknowledgment, choice and self-discovery — included with your first membership.
The 90 days end. Your practice doesn't have to.
The journal is provided once upon first enrollment. Rejoining does not trigger another complimentary journal. Additional journals may be available separately.
You aren't joining to be given the answers.
Astora doesn't tell you what you should discover, how you should feel, or what your life should look like.
The practices create conditions for you to notice your own experience more clearly.
The practice belongs to you.
Come as you are.
You don't need experience with yoga or meditation. You don't need to be particularly flexible, spiritual, calm or certain about what you're looking for.
You only need a willingness to become curious about your own experience and participate in the practice.
The Astora Practice
An open monthly membership with no joining fee.
$49/month
Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
The initial membership experience includes your first month of membership and The Astora Practice Journal.
Sometimes the answer isn't another answer.
It's learning how to hear your experience again.
Know yourself. Hear what matters. Choose consciously.
The Astora Practice provides educational and wellbeing practices intended to support self-awareness and personal wellbeing. It does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
