Astora Practice Membership & Participation Agreement

    Astora Ventures LLC

    100 N Howard Street, Suite R

    Spokane, WA 99201

    Effective Date: September 5, 2026

This Membership & Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in The Astora Practice (“Practice”), offered by Astora Ventures LLC (“Astora,” “we,” or “us”).

By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the following terms.

    1. The Astora Practice

The Astora Practice is an educational, wellness, and contemplative practice membership. Membership may include live yoga asana and meditation sessions, reflection and journaling practices, community participation, recorded practice sessions, educational videos, and other member resources.

The Practice is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, physical therapy, or another licensed healthcare service. Information provided through the Practice is for educational and general wellness purposes and is not a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

    2. Membership & Recurring Billing

Membership is $49 per month and renews automatically each month using the payment method provided at enrollment until canceled.

By enrolling, you authorize Astora Ventures LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method $49 at enrollment and automatically on each monthly renewal date until your membership is canceled.

There is no enrollment or joining fee.

To ensure cancellation is processed before an upcoming renewal charge, submit your cancellation request at least seven days before your next renewal date. Cancellation does not ordinarily terminate access immediately. Unless a refund applies, membership access continues through the paid membership period and ends when that period expires.

    3. Seven-Day Enrollment Refund

First-time members may cancel within seven calendar days of their initial enrollment and receive a full refund of the initial membership payment, no questions asked.

After the initial seven-day period, membership payments are nonrefundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation of a membership stops future renewals according to the cancellation terms above.

Nothing in this Agreement limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

    4. Welcome Journal

Each person is eligible for one complimentary Astora Practice Journal upon first-time enrollment.

The journal is fulfilled and shipped by a third-party print and fulfillment provider. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Members are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a journal arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is lost in shipment, contact Astora so that we can evaluate replacement with the fulfillment provider.

Cancellation and later re-enrollment do not create eligibility for another complimentary journal. Additional journals may be available for purchase separately.

    5. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in yoga, movement, meditation, breath awareness, and related practices is voluntary.

Physical movement carries inherent risks, including strain, falls, aggravation of an existing condition, or other injury. Meditation and contemplative practices may also produce unexpected physical or emotional experiences.

You are responsible for determining whether and how to participate. You agree to work within your own abilities, modify or stop any activity when appropriate, and seek qualified professional guidance when you have questions about whether a practice is appropriate for you.

Astora does not require disclosure of diagnoses, medical records, medications, or other sensitive health information as a condition of general membership.

If you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, significant distress, or another concerning symptom, stop participating and seek appropriate assistance.

    6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with your participation in the Practice.

You release and hold harmless Astora Ventures LLC and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of your voluntary participation, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in this Agreement releases Astora from liability that applicable law does not permit to be released.

    7. Live Sessions & Recordings

Certain Astora Practice sessions may be recorded and made available to members as replays.

Astora will structure recordings to focus primarily on the instructor and instructional content. Participant discussions, personal reflections, or other member contributions are not intended to become replay content.

However, if you enable your camera or microphone or otherwise participate visibly or audibly during a recorded portion of a session, your image, voice, display name, or contribution may be captured.

Astora will provide notice when a session is being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you are responsible for keeping your camera and microphone off during recorded portions and avoiding identifiable contributions to the recording.

Participation in the community does not grant Astora permission to republish private community posts, journal reflections, or other member-created content for advertising or promotional purposes.

    8. Replay & Member Content

Membership materials, videos, recordings, journal content, educational materials, and other Astora-created resources are provided for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, upload, teach from, or commercially exploit Astora materials without written permission.

Replay availability may change over time. Membership provides access to the replay library available during the member's active membership and does not constitute a purchase or permanent license to individual recordings.

    9. Community Participation

The Astora community is intended to support respectful practice, reflection, and connection.

Members agree not to harass other participants, solicit members commercially, distribute another person's private information, record other participants without permission, or use the community in a manner that materially disrupts the experience of others.

Astora may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these standards. Where reasonably appropriate, Astora will first attempt to address concerns with the member.

    10. Membership Access & Failed Payments

Membership access requires an active paid subscription.

If a recurring payment fails, payment recovery may be attempted through Astora's payment-processing systems. Access may be restricted or terminated if payment remains unresolved or the subscription becomes inactive.

When membership ends, access to the member community, replay library, and other membership-only digital resources ends.

    11. Changes to the Practice

Astora may reasonably modify class schedules, instructors, replay selections, community features, educational materials, or other aspects of the Practice as the membership develops.

If Astora makes a material change to the recurring price or another material financial term, members will receive notice before that change applies to a future renewal.

    12. Washington Consumer Cancellation Rights

Nothing in this Agreement reduces any cancellation right provided by applicable law.

    BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL

If Washington's Health Studio Services Act applies to your membership, Washington law provides additional cancellation rights, including the right to cancel without penalty by providing written notice before midnight of the third business day after signing the contract. Notice may be sent to:

    Astora Ventures LLC
    100 N Howard Street, Suite R
    Spokane, WA 99201

Astora's voluntary seven-calendar-day initial refund policy provides a longer initial refund period. Applicable statutory rights remain available regardless of this voluntary policy.

    13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without limiting any consumer protection that must apply based upon a member's place of residence.

    14. Electronic Agreement

By checking the agreement box and completing enrollment, you consent to enter this Agreement electronically and acknowledge that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as signing an agreement.

You should retain the copy of this Agreement provided to you after enrollment.

    Checkout Authorization
