Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
At Astora Ventures LLC (doing business as “Astora,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with enterastora.com and other websites, pages, forms, communities, digital resources, products, and services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. By using the Site or providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may post a notice on the Site, update the effective date, or provide another notice when appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and limited information generated automatically when you use the Site.
Information you provide may include your name, email address, mailing or shipping address, telephone number, account information, purchase information, communications, form responses, community content, and other information you voluntarily choose to provide. When payments are offered, payment-card information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored directly by Astora.
At the current interest-list and audience-development stage, Astora generally collects limited information such as first name, email address, optional interest selections, and limited information identifying the page, form, or Astora pathway through which you connected with us.
Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, laboratory results, medication information, mental-health information, or other sensitive health information through general website forms unless Astora expressly provides a secure process intended for that purpose.
Automatically collected information may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, dates and times of access, interactions with Site features, and similar technical or usage information.
2. How We Collect Information
We may collect information when you join an interest list, subscribe to communications, create an account, purchase a product or service, participate in a community or program, submit a form, contact us, attend an online event, or otherwise interact with Astora.
We may also collect limited technical and usage information through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, log files, and similar technologies used by us or our service providers.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate and improve the Site and Services; provide requested products, services, memberships, programs, communications, and customer support; process purchases and fulfill orders; administer accounts and communities; maintain security; prevent fraud or misuse; respond to questions; analyze Site performance; understand interest in Astora offerings; develop educational resources; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements and policies.
If you join an interest list or request information, we may use the contact information you provide to send updates about the relevant Astora offering, area of inquiry, or interest you selected. You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. We may still send transactional or administrative communications when necessary.
5. Service Providers and Disclosures
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the word.
We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that help us operate the business, such as website and CRM providers, hosting providers, email and communications platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, accountants, professional advisors, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, and customer-support providers.
These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for Astora or as otherwise permitted by law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, or government request; to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Astora, our users, or others; to investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
Third-party websites, applications, and services linked from the Site are governed by their own privacy practices. Astora is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
6. Payments and Order Fulfillment
When Astora offers paid products or services, payment processing may be handled by established third-party processors. Those processors receive the information needed to authorize and process the transaction.
Astora may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, purchase amount, billing name, and portions of payment identifiers, but does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own website servers.
If physical products are ordered, we may disclose shipping and order information to manufacturers, fulfillment partners, and carriers as needed to fulfill the order.
7. Consumer Health Data
Astora is designed to minimize collection of sensitive health information through the general Site.
General website forms and interest lists are not intended for medical records or detailed health information.
If Astora later offers a service that collects “consumer health data” subject to the Washington My Health My Data Act or similar law, Astora will provide a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and any additional notices or consents required by applicable law.
That separate policy will govern the covered consumer health data and will be linked as required.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have provided to us, subject to legal, security, accounting, record-retention, and other permitted exceptions.
You may also unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information listed below.
9. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet, wireless network, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
10. Public Areas and Community Content
Information you voluntarily post in public or member-visible areas, such as community discussions or comments, may be visible to other users.
Do not post information that you do not want others to see.
Astora is not responsible for the independent use or disclosure of information that you choose to make public or visible to other community members.
11. Children
The Site and Services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner prohibited by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
