Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Welcome to enterastora.com.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of enterastora.com and other websites, pages, digital resources, and general services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Astora Ventures LLC, doing business as Astora (“Astora,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Additional agreements, waivers, purchase terms, membership terms, product policies, or program-specific terms may apply to particular Astora offerings. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific written agreement for a particular product or service, the more specific agreement will control for that product or service.
1. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site.
Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective when posted.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content—including text, writings, educational materials, frameworks, methods, graphics, images, audio, video, recordings, designs, logos, trademarks, trade dress, downloadable materials, and other content—are owned by Astora, its parent or affiliated entities, licensors, or content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
ASTORA, the Astora name, and related names, logos, phrases, and program identifiers may function as trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
No ownership right or license is transferred to you except for the limited personal-use permission expressly stated in these Terms or a separate written agreement.
5. Limited License and Site Use
Astora grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, systematically download, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls on, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such conduct.

Astora provides educational, reflective, leadership, personal-development, yoga, meditation, wellness, and related informational content and practices.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Astora does not provide medical care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health diagnosis, or other services that require a professional healthcare license.
Information on the Site is for general educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.
Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional care because of information obtained through Astora.
Yoga, meditation, movement, and other practices may involve physical, emotional, or psychological responses and are not appropriate for every person in every circumstance.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to participate and for seeking appropriate professional guidance when needed.
Program-specific waivers and participation terms may apply.

Astora may offer physical products, including printed materials and wellness-related goods.
Product descriptions, ingredients, instructions, warnings, and other product-specific information will be provided where applicable.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.
8. Purchases, Memberships, and Additional Terms
When purchases, memberships, subscriptions, programs, events, or other paid offerings become available, additional pricing, billing, cancellation, refund, shipping, fulfillment, participant, and program-specific terms may apply.
Those terms will be presented with the relevant offering and incorporated into your agreement with Astora.
Prices and availability may change without notice before purchase.
We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law, and limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Experiences and outcomes vary.
Astora does not guarantee any particular health, wellbeing, personal, professional, leadership, organizational, financial, or other result from use of the Site, participation in practices, or purchase of products or services.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, tools, products, or services.
Astora does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, practices, or terms.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. User Content and Communications
If you submit feedback, comments, questions, testimonials, community posts, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
Program- or community-specific terms may govern whether and how submitted content may be displayed, moderated, removed, or used.
Do not submit confidential business information, protected health information, sensitive personal data, or information belonging to another person through general Site forms unless Astora expressly provides a channel designed for that information.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND GENERAL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
ASTORA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTORA AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR GENERAL SITE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astora and its parent, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address misuse, or protect Astora or others.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Any mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
19. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, agency, medical-provider, therapist-client, or other professional relationship between you and Astora solely by virtue of your use of the Site.
Specific services may be governed by separate written agreements describing the applicable relationship.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your general use of the Site and supersede prior communications regarding that general Site use.
Separate written agreements may govern particular purchases, memberships, programs, advisory engagements, or other services.
